Rule 17
Nomination of Skilled or Expert
: (1) The Commission may nominate necessary skilled or expert in the relevant subject to assist in the work to be done in accordance with this regulation.
(2) The remuneration of the skilled or expert nominated as per sub-rule (1) shall be as prescribed by the commission.
